Challenging Cases

With such oversized and heavy designs, is there a risk of the door leaf sagging after 3+ years?

Our engineering core lies in eliminating sagging risks through "Structural Redundancy." First, we accurately estimate the door leaf weight. Second, we determine the number of heavy-duty hinges and the thickness/structure of the frame accordingly. We ensure the combined load-bearing capacity of the frame and hinges significantly exceeds the door's weight, physically preventing any displacement over time and ensuring long-term operational safety. If there's a few-millimeter discrepancy at the site, will the entire door be wasted?

Not at all. First, we clearly define size standards during the initial proposal phase. Most importantly, for such projects, we perform factory pre-assembly, integrating and testing the door leaf and frame as a whole before shipping to minimize onsite difficulty. If the site opening has changed (e.g., become larger), a simple adjustment to the opening will suffice. Through rigorous process forecasting and physical adjustment options, we ensure the door remains fully functional and safe under any circumstances, with zero risk of being wasted.

Complex project communication is costly. Sales missing technicalities cause errors. How to handle?

For complex projects, we utilize a "Multidimensional Collaborative Mechanism" instead of relying solely on sales. Once a project’s challenges are identified, our technical, design, and installation experts form a dedicated support team. If necessary, we engage in deep alignment with your architects to refine solutions through detailed drawings, prototypes, or testing—or leverage our proven case experience. This ensures the designer’s vision is realized, the production is precise, and the onsite installation is seamless, creating a smooth and verified workflow from start to finish.
