ODM Manufacturer

How do you align your manufacturing with our local specific building codes?

Compliance is a two-way input process. You provide the specific standard requirements needed in your local area (such as fire resistance time, sound insulation requirements, or other specific needs), and we then cross-compare these values with our product structure and processes to obtain the best product solution that meets your standards. If there are gaps, we will propose material upgrades or structural reinforcement solutions, or other solutions, before production to bridge the gap.

What is the maximum height and wind load tolerance for your integrated armored systems?

This depends on the profile series chosen. For our 3000mm+ ultra-high systems, we introduce internal steel stiffeners. We require your site's peak wind pressure data to calculate the required moment of inertia for the mullions.

Can we use our local hardware brands for maintenance convenience?

We support the integration of local hardware brands. If preferred, we can deliver the door systems as "Semi-Finished Modules" without pre-drilled cavities. This allows your local team to perform precision machining and hardware installation on-site, ensuring a perfect fit with local components while leveraging our armored structure.Drawing-First Protocol: This mode requires the client to provide detailed hardware technical drawings during the CAD stage to ensure the structural integrity of the frame remains intact after on-site processing.

What should be done if size adjustments are needed on-site after an order has started production?

Dynamic Project Intervention: Engineering Rigor & On-Site Compensation. "3+1" Protocol: The Immutable Foundation. Every ODM order is governed by the "3+1" core documentation: Quote, Contract, Technical Drawings, and Service Agreement. Once confirmed, production proceeds strictly according to these irreversible parameters.Pre-Shipment Correction: Halting & Re-Assessment. If a site error is reported before shipment, we immediately halt production to assess the impact.· Impact Analysis: We evaluate the additional costs and lead-time delays caused by the change.· Feasibility: If the change exceeds the limits of the current workpiece, the original component may be scrapped, and a re-production will be required. This underscores why your final sign-off on the "3+1" files is critical.Post-Arrival Strategy: Adaptability & Product Autonomy. For discrepancies identified after dispatch, the solution shifts to "Site-First, Product-Guided" adaptation:· On-Site Coordination: We first evaluate if site dimensions or installation methods can be adjusted to match the precision-built product.· Built-in Tolerance: Many of our systems include a pre-designed adjustment range (e.g., ±1cm wall thickness tolerance for specific door sets) to absorb minor site variances.· Architectural Adaptability: Our "No-Casing" series or specific window designs are naturally adaptable to varying wall thicknesses, allowing for successful installation even if site conditions shift. What if the site's wall thickness changes after the doors are produced? This depends on the product type. Many of our architectural systems are designed with "Adaptive Tolerance" (e.g., casing-free designs) that can accommodate shifts. However, for fixed-width products like traditional timber sets, the adjustment range is typically limited to ±1cm. Beyond this, on-site structural modification or component re-ordering may be necessary. Why is the production process considered "Irreversible"?  High-precision ODM manufacturing involves synchronized CNC cutting, specialized laminating, and structural bonding. Once a profile is cut or a surface is bonded to specific dimensions, it cannot be "un-done." This is why we emphasize rigorous confirmation of quotations, drawings, and other documents before production. This is also why, even after a deposit has been paid, we must wait for you to confirm the drawings and related documents. Absolute confirmation of the "3+1" documents is crucial to ensuring product compatibility.

What technical support do you provide for the final project sign-off?

We provide a "Compliance Traceability File," which includes material mill certificates, our internal 3+1 QC videos, and any pre-requested third-party audit reports, facilitating a smooth approval process with your local building inspectors.

What is the fundamental difference between ODM and OBM cooperation models?

DimensionODM (Original Design Manufacturing)OBM (Original Brand Manufacturing)BrandingClient's Own BrandClient's Own BrandResource InputHigh Input: Client provides design, tech specs, & market resourcesLow Input: Client provides Logo only; BC handles the rest Tech/Design Collaborative R&D / Node Deepening Full Output by BC: Systems, Standards, & Drawings Ideal For Builders/Designers with tech expertise Traders focused on sales without tech backup Interaction Bi-directional tech alignment One-way empowerment, "Turnkey" solution Understanding the Resource Balance: The distinction lies in how much "Engineering Soul" you bring to the project. ODM is for partners who have their own technical blueprints and market infrastructure but need our precision manufacturing to realize them. OBM, however, is for partners who own a brand name but wish to leverage our entire ecosystem—from, from design and certification to technical documentation—making Blossom Cheer their "Silent Engineer & Factory."
